SirenLinks and all services offered through this site are intended exclusively for adults age 18 or older.
By using this site or submitting a request, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a request if I reasonably believe that a person is under 18 or if age verification is required and cannot be completed.
2. Services & Requests
SirenLinks provides access to digital content, custom content, online interactions, physical closet items, and other services offered by Silk Siren.
All services are offered online only. No in-person meetings, meetups, or in-person services are offered.
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance. I may decline any request that is outside my boundaries, unavailable, unsafe, unlawful, or otherwise something I am not comfortable fulfilling.
If I cannot accept a request, I will let you know before accepting payment whenever reasonably possible.
3. Pricing & Payment
Current prices are displayed on SirenLinks or provided directly before purchase.
Payment is required before custom work, scheduled services, or order fulfillment begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices may change at any time. Highly specific, complex, expedited, or additional requests may cost more than the standard listed price. Any additional cost will be communicated before I agree to the additional work.
Shipping, platform fees, or other applicable charges may be added where relevant.
4. Custom Content, Cancellations & Refunds
Custom requests are created specifically for the purchaser.
A custom request may be cancelled before creation begins unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Once creation has begun, custom content is generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where I am unable to fulfill the agreed request.
If I cannot complete a paid request, I will contact you regarding an appropriate resolution, which may include modification, replacement, account credit where agreed, or a refund as appropriate.
Estimated turnaround times are estimates unless a specific deadline has been expressly agreed to in writing.
Rush or priority service may require an additional fee.
Unless revisions are specifically included in the purchase, substantial changes requested after creation has begun may require an additional charge.
5. Digital Content
Because digital content cannot meaningfully be “returned” once delivered, sales of delivered digital content are generally final, except where required by law or where the content was not delivered as agreed.
Purchasing digital content gives you permission to privately view and enjoy that content. It does not transfer ownership or copyright.
6. Calls, Chats & Scheduled Services
Calls, video calls, chats, personalized messages, and similar services are provided for the amount of time purchased.
Please be available at the agreed time. Late arrival may reduce the amount of time available and does not automatically extend the scheduled session.
Missed appointments may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
If I need to cancel a scheduled service, I will arrange an appropriate reschedule or refund for the affected service.
Private calls, video calls, messages, and other interactions may not be recorded, screen-recorded, reproduced, published, distributed, or shared without my prior permission, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
7. Siren’s Closet
Items sold through Siren’s Closet may be previously worn or used unless specifically described otherwise.
Item condition and relevant details will be disclosed as accurately as reasonably possible.
Availability, final price, and shipping will be confirmed before payment.
Closet purchases are generally final sale, except where required by law or where an item materially differs from its description.
Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address, refused delivery, or returned package may be the buyer’s responsibility.
Shipping carriers operate independently, so delivery dates cannot be guaranteed once a package has been transferred to the carrier.
8. Content Ownership & Personal Use
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all original photographs, videos, graphics, text, branding, custom content, messages, and other original materials provided through SirenLinks or by Silk Siren remain the intellectual property of Silk Siren, LLC or the applicable rights holder.
Purchasing content does not transfer ownership or copyright.
Content purchased or received from Silk Siren is licensed solely for the purchaser’s private, personal use unless another use is expressly authorized in writing.
Content may not be reproduced, recorded, screen-recorded, reposted, published, distributed, shared, sold, sublicensed, commercially exploited, or presented as someone else’s work without permission.
9. Conduct & Boundaries

Harassment, threats, abusive behavior, fraud, impersonation, repeated boundary-pushing, attempts to obtain prohibited content or services, or other inappropriate conduct may result in requests being declined and communication being blocked.
Payment does not create an entitlement to future communication, personal access, additional content, or services beyond what was specifically purchased.
I reserve the right to refuse future service when necessary to protect my safety, privacy, business, or boundaries, subject to any obligations relating to an already accepted and paid order.
10. Third-Party Platforms & Links
SirenLinks may contain links to social networks, payment services, creator platforms, shopping services, or other third-party websites.
Those services operate independently and have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and rules.
SirenLinks and Silk Siren, LLC do not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee that a particular account, link, platform, payment method, or external service will always remain available.
11. Website Availability
I try to keep SirenLinks accurate and available, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.
Features, pricing, links, content, and services may be updated, changed, removed, or temporarily unavailable.
If an error directly affects a paid order, contact me so the issue can be reviewed.

Your privacy matters.
Information submitted through SirenLinks is handled according to the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
